Research

My research examines how policy instruments and individual preferences shape the climate transition. I focus on energy labels, climate risk metrics and carbon pricing instruments, studying whether they alter consumption and investment decisions, and how they feed into asset values. My work draws on microeconometrics, experimental methods and theoretical modeling. Much of it is grounded in real estate, where regulatory intent and market response persistently diverge.
