My research interests center on how information and uncertainty shape decisions in real estate and energy markets under climate and environmental constraints. I use empirical, experimental, and theoretical methods to study how market participants react to energy performance signals, climate risks, and regulatory frameworks. My goal is to contribute to the design of policies that align market behavior with long-term sustainability objectives.
